WeddingTalk App Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set the conditions for using the WeddingTalk app ("the App"), provided by IDO Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Korea ("the Company").
Article 2 (What the service includes)
- Free features: checklist, budget, guests, seating, D-day, and diary entries. Records are stored on the user's device.
- Features included with Lifetime Access: sharing with a partner, continuing on multiple devices (server storage), AI Recall, AI Coaching, and Private Entries.
- Inviting and linking a partner is free.
Article 3 (Lifetime Access)
- Lifetime Access is a right to use the features in Article 2, paragraph 2, for a single payment and no further charge.
- "Lifetime" means the period during which the Company operates the App.
- Lifetime Access belongs to the account that bought it. A partner linked to the buyer in the same couple can use the same features while they stay linked. If the buyer leaves the couple, the partner's access ends.
- To keep the service stable, the Company may limit daily use of AI features (currently 30 times per day).
- Payment and refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought it (App Store or Google Play). In the App, you can use [Restore Purchases] to bring back a purchase made with the same store account.
Article 4 (Ending the service)
If the Company plans to stop operating the App, it will announce this in the App 30 days in advance. During that period, users can review their records in the App.
Article 5 (AI features)
- AI Recall answers based on the records you and your partner have written. It is designed not to answer with content that is not in your records, but it can still give wrong answers.
- AI Coaching gives advice for reference only. Contract, legal, and financial decisions are yours to make after checking the original documents and consulting a professional.
- When you use AI features, your question and excerpts of related records are sent to the AI provider. The Privacy Policy gives the details.
Article 6 (Sharing with your partner)
- When a partner is linked and Lifetime Access is active, the two of you can view and edit the checklist, budget, guests, wedding details, and shared diary entries together.
- Private Entries can be seen only by the person who wrote them.
- If one person leaves the couple, the checklist, budget, guests, and wedding details you used together stay with the person who remains.
Article 7 (User responsibilities)
- When you enter other people's personal information, such as guest details, enter only what you need.
- You will not use another person's account or interfere with the service.
Article 8 (Limits of liability)
- Records kept only on your device, because you did not sign in or did not have Lifetime Access, cannot be recovered if the device is lost or the App is deleted.
- The Company is not responsible for damage caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters or outages of external services (stores, cloud, AI providers). This does not apply where the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 9 (Deleting your account)
In the App, under [Account Management], you can choose "Delete WeddingTalk data only" or "Delete account completely" at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically refund store payments.
Article 10 (Changes to these terms)
If the Company changes these terms, it will announce the change in the App 7 days before it takes effect. For changes that are unfavorable to users, it will announce 30 days before.
Addendum
These terms apply from September 29, 2026.
Amendment effective October 14, 2026: In the list of features included with Lifetime Access, "real-time sharing with a partner" now reads "sharing with a partner." The scope of the features does not change.
